The Selection
Monte Vibiano produces soft, distinguished and highly structured red wines. To do so, we grow eight different grape varieties, although this number can change from year to year.
Our current selection of grapes includes Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc, Syrah.
The process of making wine from these grapes begins only after the aging is complete. Our master vinter to blend the wines, ultimately creating the unique taste and quality that are a hallmark of Monte Vibiano’s wines.
